Appointments and Consultations
All services are offered by appointment only. A complimentary 30-minute consultation is available via phone or in person to help you determine the most suitable treatment for your needs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not a suitable candidate for PMU (e.g., pregnancy, certain medical conditions).

Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Euros and may vary based on individual needs or specific treatment adjustments. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a rebooking fee.

Treatment Eligibility
Our treatments are not suitable for everyone. Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking blood thinners, or have active skin conditions near the brow area may not be eligible. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please book a consultation before scheduling a treatment.

Aftercare and Touch-Ups
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided after the procedure. Touch-up appointments are not included in the initial treatment price unless explicitly stated. Regular touch-ups are recommended every 6–12 months to maintain optimal results.

Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and results, Ska Brows is not liable for any unexpected skin reactions or outcomes due to individual skin types, aftercare, or external factors. We encourage open communication before and after your treatment to ensure the best possible experience.

Privacy and Data Protection
Any personal information collected during the booking or consultation process will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services and communication. Your data will never be sold or shared without your consent.

Changes to Terms
Ska Brows reserves the right to update or modify these General Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
