Payment and cancellations

There is no deposit. Square saves your card securely when you book and nothing is charged. Your treatment is paid at the studio on the day, by card or cash.

Need to change your date? Let Ilaria know at least 5 days before your appointment, by phone or WhatsApp, and your slot moves to the new date. With less than 5 days' notice, or if you don't attend, a £50 fee may be charged to your card.
